We are pleased to offer a free 30 minute strength and conditioning introductory session powered by Kinetic Link Training*

Our strength and conditioning powered by Kinetic Link Training (KLT) workouts are designed to create a solid foundation of functional fitness where the body is progressively trained to move with ease, efficiency, strength and control. The workouts can be modified to suit all levels of functional fitness as well as those undergoing rehabilitation from injury.

πŸ”₯No external supports such as benches, walls, floors or seats. All KLT exercises are performed without assistance of external supports so the body utilises built-in internal stabilisers

Many have lost full mobility of joints. KLT corrects imbalances and mobility loss by facilitating force production and smooth full-body integrated human movement in 3 dimensions.

Tele Strength and Conditioning sessions

Getting to our practice may not be possible for everyone given the current circumstances with social distancing and potential lock downs. Some people may also be avoiding gyms but still wanting a effective and efficient way to workout.

We have decided to provide a tele-training option to enable you to exercise in the comfort of your own home.

Using a specially designed home based Kinetic Link Training program, we will guide you through a bio-mechanically balanced full body workout to ensure your session is effective and efficient.
